4. Quotations and Agreements

All quotations provided by ArConSe Industrial Corporation are valid for a period specified in the quotation document, typically thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotations are not binding offers and are subject to confirmation by ArConSe upon receipt of a signed purchase order or service agreement.

A formal written agreement or signed purchase order is required before any service or supply engagement commences. No verbal agreement or informal communication shall constitute a binding contract.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and quotations. General terms are as follows:

• A down payment or mobilization fee is required prior to commencement of services or delivery of products, as specified in the project agreement.
• Progress billings may be issued for long-term or phased projects in accordance with the payment schedule in the agreement.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and turnover or upon delivery of products, as applicable.
• Overdue payments are subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

6. Scope of Work and Change Orders

The scope of work for any service engagement is defined in the signed project agreement or purchase order. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work is undertaken. ArConSe reserves the right to adjust pricing and timelines for approved change orders.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

ArConSe Industrial Corporation provides workmanship warranties as specified in individual service agreements. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in the agreement.

Warranties are void if the installation, product, or structure has been altered, misused, or damaged by parties other than ArConSe after project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ArConSe Industrial Corporation shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government
• Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
• Damage caused by improper use, modification, or maintenance of installed systems by third parties

Our total liability in connection with any service or product shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service or product.
